Handyman

  • First Hour £40 (9am to pm)  Monday to Friday
  • Next Hour £30 (9am to pm)  Monday to Friday
  • Weekends and outside normal working hours £70 for every hour 

Electrical

  • First Hour £50 (9am to 6pm)  Monday to Friday
  • Next Hour £40 (9am to 6pm)  Monday to Friday
  • Weekends and outside normal working hours £80 for every hour 

Plumbing

  • First Hour £50 (9am to 6pm)  Monday to Friday
  • Next Hour £40 (9am to 6pm)  Monday to Friday
  • Weekends and outside normal working hours £80 for every hour 
ESTIMATES
Onsite estimates and reports are chargeable at hourly rates
MATERIALS

Materials supplied are subject to a 10% charge

TIME

Additional time is charged at 15min increments.

DAY RATES

Day rates available for more than 5 hours of consecutive work on a single day.

MINIMUM CHARGE

One Hour minimum charge for all services.

WASTE DISPOSAL

Any waste disposal is chargeable.
